Ironstone Sales Policies

Payments and deliveries
All payments for items (including appropriate postage) must be made in full at the time of purchase. Items are normally despatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment, with the exception of scratchplate assemblies which are built to order. Deliver timescales vary by destination country (normally 2-3 working days in the UK).

Returns
It is the purchasers responsibility to select an item appropriate for their needs and every assistance pre-purchase will be given to answer appropriate customer questions. However, once fitted these items are no longer fit for re-sale and Ironstone do not accept returns apart from the unlikely event of a faulty item at receipt. Faulty items will typically be replaced on a like for like basis.

Refund / Cancellation
Unused items with intact original packaging may be returned at buyers expense for full refund. Customers are able to cancel orders in the order system, up to the point of order completion / goods despatch by Ironstone. Refund conditions apply after that.

Customer Data Protection
The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) change of May 2018 governs how customer data is gathered, stored and used.

As a small family run business, our customers are our highest priority. We take data protection seriously, which is why the website is SSL certified (https 'padlock' encrypted transactions). It is also Trustwave registered for additional peace of mind.
The WordPress website is hosted by Tsohost in the UK. View their Privacy Policy at;

Ironstone Pickups do not store any customer credit card details. Only the minimum customer data is gathered to allow smooth accurate transaction (i.e. customer address and contact details), which we do not share with any 3rd parties (other than payment transactors), to ensure our customers data security.
